But summer is an extra special time when bartenders get creative, and exotic fruits and herbs make their guest appearance behind the best bars in the city. Here are our picks for 7 must-try cocktails this week!

Pairings will include combinations like Cazadores Repasado Tequila with Honey Vanilla ice cream or Partida Anejo with Black Sesame ice cream, and will be available throughout July and August.
