Clock Bar Begins Late-Night Happy Hour Service

This week, Michael Mina’s Clock Bar began a well-received Late-Night Happy Hour. According to Adrian Ross-Boon, Clock Bar’s Lead Bartender, “It was designed to celebrate what we do here. We want to give the local, cocktail-educated patrons a place to go to drink tried-and-true classics and some that have been lost in the shuffle.”  Ross-Boon, who has been Lead Bartender at several of Mina’s Restaurants for the past 3 years, gives us the scoop on what to look for each night: “With this Happy Hour each night we are highlighting a different spirit every night. Tequila on Tuesday, Vodka on Wednesday, Bourbon on Thursday, etc.  One of our most popular drinks is the Clover Club.”
