Irie Weekend to Host 10th Annual Golf Tournament
June 19-21 marks the 10th annual weekend-long celebration conceived by the Miami HEAT’s official DJ, DJ Irie. The Irie Foundation works year round to improve the lives of South-Florida children at risk through mentor programs; scholarship opportunities and cultural experiences, but this weekend in particular they pull out all the stops.
On Friday, June 20th, IWX will be hosting a Celebrity Golf Tournament on Miami Beach Golf Course, a premiere golf destination located in the heart of Miami Beach. Premium food, top shelf cocktails and entertainment await the players at every hole. Judging by previous year’s event photos a good time is definitely had by all and the competition is all in good fun.
For those who aren’t big on golf, there will be food, drinks and a Beats Music Lounge featuring a live S.K.A.M. Artist DJ booth and many other luxury amenities for an amazing afternoon. Other events occurring over the weekend include a welcome concert at Miami’s nightlife hotspot, LIV; a VIP pool party at The National Hotel; and a celebrity bowling tournament.
Celebrities that have attended Irie Weekend in the past include Jamie Foxx, Kevin Dillon, Miami Heat players and coaches, Nick Cannon, and Ne-Yo.
