Haute Event: Claire Sinclair Helps STK Celebrate Its Third Anniversary

STK, the steakhouse inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, may have turned one year older, but it transported its guests back in time to the glitz and the glamour of old-school Vegas at its third anniversary “Vintage Vegas Affair” hosted by Pin Up star Claire Sinclair.

The night of glamour kicked off at 9:30 p.m. with a celebrity-filled red carpet arrival including Carrot Top, Claire Sinclair, Vin Armani from Showtime’s hit series Gigolos and Zowie Bowie to name a few. Party revelers, dressed in their snazziest attire, walked down the red carpet and through the velvet ropes into a venue reminiscent of a Vegas time-capsuled casino. With table games, live entertainment from Vegas showgirls and a life-size martini glass complete with a burlesque performer, STK’s Vintage Vegas Affair surely flew guests to the moon.

VIP guests enjoyed a Moet Hennessy-sponsored bar with Veuve Clicquot and Belvedere handcrafted cocktails while Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft upped the classy ante with an array of passed appetizers including caviar-deviled eggs, bacon wrapped dates, crab stuffed mushrooms, crispy prawns, smoked salmon and tuna tartar.
