Need A Life? Buy one for $100 Million
On May 10th, Equity Management’s president and real estate opportunist, Benjamin Mallah, listed his entire life for sale on Craigslist. In an effort focus on his well being he has decided to part ways with his portfolio of properties so he can enjoy his “last five years” without the $174,815,000 worth of time-consuming assets that kept him from family time and getting healthy.
This $100 million purchase price includes Mallah’s home, boat, car collection, apartments, hotels, restaurants, personnel, and an immediate on-paper profit of $75 million. The toys include a new Florida home and pair of Rolls-Royce Phantoms which would simply be an additional win for any multi-millionaire looking to expand their real estate horizons.
