Haute Secrets: Nelly Moudime, Director of VIP Services at Il Principe Restaurant & Hotel Hugo Rooftop
Nelly Moudime currently serves as the Director of VIP Services at Il Principe restaurant and the rooftop at Hotel Hugo. After working at some of New York City’s most famed eateries for more than a decade, Moudime has established herself as one of the most recognizable faces in the competitive dining scene.
Prior to entertaining the hospitality industry, Moudime appeared in modeling campaigns for Levis and CoverGirl and walked in shows for Thom Brown. After landing at downtown hotspot Pastis, Moudime went on to oversee the room at Minetta Tavern as managing partner.
