Haute Jewellery of the Week: Ippolita

International jewelry brand IPPOLITA’s elegant designs are now available in the Middle East in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. The brand’s Abu Dhabi boutique is the second one to open worldwide and will be followed at the end of the year with an opening in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

IPPOLITA is renowned for the unique materials that it uses to create its jewelry items including leather, sterling silver, rose gold and 18-carat yellow gold, as well as diamonds and semi-precious stones. The pairing of those materials can alter the price by thousands of dollars, but the similarity of the designs remains consistent. This has served as a strong branding tool for IPPOLITA in a region where the brand is expanding.

The Abu Dhabi boutique offers an expanded range of products including the designer’s classic Gold, Sterling Silver and Rosé collections — as well as exclusive vintage-style and one-of-a-kind creations in gold, diamonds and silver.

Designed by New York based architectural firm Jeffrey Hutchison & Associates, the new boutique will consist of hand-carved bronze fixtures, travertine and custom designed window installations reflecting the brand’s distinctive fashion point of view.

After the successful opening of the jewelers Madison Avenue Boutique in the U.S., the Abu Dhabi Boutique will be the second of 7 point of sales due to open in the Middle East this year with both the Abu Dhabi and Jeddah boutiques featuring innovative merchandising concepts, offering customers a fashion shopping experience with a focus on wardrobing, which has become part of the brand’s DNA. Unlike traditional jewelry stores that have a more formal selling ceremony, IPPOLITA’s stylists will help customers create their own unique wardrobe looks, matching their fashion with jewelry.
