Haute Event: Thomas Gold Spins at Light Nightclub

Light Nightclub at Mandalay Bay welcomed deejay extraordinaire Thomas Gold as he played a high-energy, blow-out set on Wednesday night. Before his big night, Gold and his manager stopped by favorite Kumi Japanese Restaurant + Bar and experienced a selection of chef Akria Back’s greatest hits.

Then it was off to a Light where two of his biggest fans awaited him for a one-on-one meet and greet. Gold happily chatted and snapped photos with the excited contest winners backstage.  At 1 p.m. he jumped on the decks, kicking off to his smash hit “Remember.”

During his show he also play a string of massive dance club favorites including “Paradise,” “I Need Your Love,” “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” and “Lose Myself.”

Party-goers remained on the floor dancing the night away as Gold launched hit after hit, while Light’s alluring Cirque du Soleil performers mesmerized guests with daring choreography. After his explosive Vegas set, Gold heads to Vancouver.
