Haute Event: Carl Cox Launches His After-Hours Show at Light

Light Nightclub at Mandalay Bay opened for a special Memorial Day weekend engagement featuring the Canadian DJ duo Sultan + Ned Shepard and an exclusive after hours set with the legendary house DJ Carl Cox, marking the launch of his new residency. Sultan + Ned got the party started the first half of the night with a funky set of sizzling dance sounds while Light’s Cirque du Soleil dancers demonstrated jaw-dropping theatrics and choreography. After their three-hour set, the man of the night Carl Cox took over the decks launching Light’s after hours show. The “Oh Yes, Oh Yes” DJ took guests on a musical journey of the hottest house sounds that had fans dancing until dawn.
