Dinner On Board With Executive Chef Julian Baker

Windridge Yacht Charters is well known for private yacht charters and high-end, full-service events throughout South Florida and in the New York City area. This past week, Executive Chef Julian Baker of Toscana Divino joined the Lady Windrige Yacht Charters to celebrate Windrige Yacht joining Entertainment Cruises. The spectacular Miami Waterways and summer weather provided a perfect setting for an impeccable service, exquisite gourmet dining and exciting entertainment.

Entertainment Cruises acquired Windridge in late March and they are elaborating big plans for changes.

Over the next couple of months, Entertainment Cruises will be investing in improving the interiors of the vessels and rolling out new menus from their Executive Chef on staff.  This fall, Lady Windridge is likely to begin offering tickets for cruises to the general public, that sound like a great option for date night or visitors that want to take in the waters of Miami with a little dinner served from a pop up restaurant concept like the one that took place earlier this week.
