BLT Prime recently launched their new restaurant at the Trump National Doral. The foodie-favorite is now is open in the resort’s clubhouse lobby, within putting distance from the famous course, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The restaurant, which Peter Niemitz designed with the help of Eric Trump, centers around a dramatic circular bar and a fantastic veranda overlooking the verdant course. The eatery and includes comfy seating indicative of a BLT and boasts two private dining rooms that will certainly get used very often.
Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward and Head Chef Paul Niedermann have worked hard on the perfect menu to bring to the table the finest cuts of USDA Prime Certified Angus beef. The menu includes the popular 28 day dry-aged New York strip, the Kansas City bone-in strip and the famous Porterhouse for two. Spectacular sides sometimes take center stage: from truffled mashed potatoes to the classic creamed spinach. A fluffy, just about perfect peanut butter chocolate mousse is the favorite to end the classic meal.
Both Chefs, Ward and Niedermann, started their careers with the BLT family after winning Hell’s Kitchen Season 9 in 2011. Both have Florida roots so only the best-sourced produce is expected. To see the menu or make reservations, click here.
