RedBike Cycling Studio to Open in Brickell

This summer, the latest in fitness technology is debuting in Brickell. RedBike will be an indoor cycling studio, dedicated to a complete mind-body workout through cycling classes. Their 45-minute workouts will be led by expert instructors and will focus on legs, core and upper body while incorporating music, lighting and yoga-based spirituality coaching. The 3,500 square foot space will only focus on cycling, but will still include luxury amenities to enjoy. These include an in-house nutritionist, a juice bar with indoor and outdoor seating, complimentary reusable water bottles, complimentary cycling shoe rental and a spa stocked with L’Occitane products. The first class is free and riders can choose to then purchase cycling packages or pay per class. The studio will be located at 1399 SW 1st Avenue.
