Orianne and Phil Collins’ Little Dreams Foundation Hosts Brunch at Joe’s Stone Crab

Want to dine on stone crabs before season is over, and for a cause that is celebrity related to top it off?! On Sunday, May 4, 2014, Orianne & Phil Collin’s Little Dreams Foundation will host Brunch on the Beach at Joe’s Stone Crab in Miami Beach, FL.  Scheduled to attend is famed Brazilian artist, Romero Britto, among other celebrities and musical personalities.

Orianne and Phil Collins established the Little Dreams Foundation in 2000.  Their mission is to fulfill the dreams of young talented artists in Music, Sports, and Art.  “Little Dreams” supports participants, ages 4-16, with private lessons and supervision allowing them to pursue their dreams.

Since the Foundation began, they have had the honor of supporting the dreams of hundreds of children from around the world.

All proceeds from the event will be used to support underprivileged, talented children throughout South Florida, through the Little Dreams Foundation.

What should you expect?

• The “Keep Dreaming” Brunch at Joe’s will feature their world famous stone crabs as a center point to an epicurean adventure which will kick off at 11am with crudités, mimosas and specially selected wines. The brunch begins with Joe’s salads and includes the guest’s choice of stone crab, prime top sirloin, salmon or chef’s chicken alongside Joe’s special potatoes and creamed spinach. Featured dessert will be key lime pie.
• Guests will experience a few musical performances throughout the brunch. Featured performers will include selected Little Dreams Miami Class of 2014 kids and LDF supporters.
