Haute Event: Diplo Spins at Encore Beach Club and Surrender with Ryan Kwanten, Rex Lee in the Crowd

A capacity crowd, including some celebs, turned out for Diplo on Saturday night when the superstar DJ double dipped at Encore Las Vegas with a daytime set at Encore Beach Club — subbing for a mending Avicii — and then spinning another set on Sunday night at Surrender Nightclub.

Ryan Kwanten from HBO’s “True Blood” arrived at Surrender Nightclub around the stroke of midnight with two female friends and three male buddies including close friend Rex Lee from HBO’s “Entourage.” The group sat at a table in the gaming area then, after vodka cocktails were poured, dispersed with some hitting the blackjack and craps tables while Kwanten and fellow Diplo fanatics made their way to the dance floor, where they moved to hits including the twerk anthem “Bubble Butt” by Major Lazer.
