Haute Auto of the Week: Ferrari 458 Project F
Fans of the classic Ferrari 458 Italia will surely be intrigued by the Project F, a one-of-a-kind, futuristic reimagination of the vehicle by visionary Dutch design firm Ugur Sahin.
The proposed Project F retains the sleek aerodynamic look of the original Ferrari 458 supercar, with the addition of several exaggerated, space-age features that include an extremely low roofline, bulky extended fenders, a souped-up rear and a wraparound windshield. The concept car has already drawn comparisons to the Pagani Huayra, Jim Glickenhaus’ P4/5 and the Ferrari LaFerrari.
Although no one has commissioned an actual Project F yet, Ferrari recently set up its own in-house spec projects division especially for one-off creations like this one.
