Haute 100 NY Update: Tommy Hilfiger Visits Israel to Oversee Store Opening
Tommy Hilfiger is expanding his international empire! The famed fashion designer recently opened a retail store in Tel Aviv and made a special trip all the way there to celebrate the occasion.
The new flagship, which is located is the cosmopolitan neighborhood of Sorona, marks the first Israeli store for the 63-year-old designer. Though Hilfiger was only able to spend 24 hours abroad, he made a point to visit with supermodel Bar Rafaeli.
The two have collaborated on numerous projects in the past, including a television documentary series that Hilfiger produced and Rafaeli starred in entitled “Ironic Iconic America.”
