Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is a new model just released by Rolex at Baselworld 2014, it is a jewelled version of The Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona.

The new Rolex Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona combines platinum and diamonds to create a stunning timepiece with a jewelled flare. The 40mm Oyster case is created in 950 Platinum and is waterproof to 330 feet and features a patented waterproof system on the winding crown as well. Powered by a Caliber 4130, self-winding mechanical chronograph movement, entirely developed by Rolex, the movement is COSC certified, guaranteeing the utmost precision.

The stunning dial of The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona is paved with 437 diamonds and is accented with ice blue counters, Chromalight appliques and luminescent hands, creating the perfect balance of style and luxury. The platinum bezel is set with 36 baguette cut diamonds which compliment the dial perfectly. Functions of this timepiece include; Chronograph at the center of the dial, 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, 12 hour counter at 9 o’clock and small seconds at 6 o’clock.
