Welcome Back to The Miami Fine Beverage, Chocolate & Food Show

If you live in Miami, you are a foodie and you are missing South Beach Wine & Food Festival already, guess what…. This weekend (March 8^th and 9^th,) can be your moment to delve back into fine chocolate, food, beverages and entertainment at The Miami Fine Beverage, Chocolate & Food Show. Happening amongst the towering banyan trees, natural streams and panoramic views of Pinecrest Gardens (11000 S Red Rd Miami, Florida, 33156), you should expect seminars and book signings with Norman Van Aiken; an organic chocolate demo with Allen Susser; a ‘Smoke Affair’ dedicated cigar lounge; and a variety of craft beers and local brews will be available to sample. Also stay tuned for a highlight of the cooking demonstration and seminar series, James Beard award-winning Chef Allen Susser, a South Florida “Mango Gang” original, will present a rare single-source chocolate tasting from Nick Troubetzkoy’s Emerald Estate in St. Lucia.  ‘Chef Allen Susser: A Bean-to-Bar Chocolatier’ takes place on Saturday, March 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the Big Beer, Wine & Spirits tents, treating visitors to the hand-crafted and generational expertise of the Emerald Estate’s organically grown cocoa beans, fermented and sun dried on-premise.
