This Easter if you want to be a creator – and not just a consumer – of chocolate eggs, check out Corinthia’s chocolate master class. The luxury London hotel is offering a choccy Master Class on Saturday 5 April from 11am-2pm for those looking to create their own, unique chocolate Easter eggs. You’ll learn chocolatier skills from head pastry chef Kimberly Lin-McCartney, as well as delving into the origins of the decadent world of chocolate.

Prepare to indulge your inner Willy Wonka as Kimberly divulges her secrets to crafting the perfect bon-bons, truffles, and the ultimate Easter egg masterpiece. She will uncover the mysteries of the cocoa bean and explain the best way to taste chocolate, before giving participants the chance to continue the fun at home with a ‘made easy’ garnishes and a demonstration book. End the chocolate-filled day with a decadent afternoon tea in Corinthia’s Lobby Lounge under their stunning Baccarat chandelier.
