Rick Ross Buys Evander Holyfield Estate With Charitable Intentions
Rick Ross purchases Evander Holyfield Estate to Give Back
Maybach Music’s Rick Ross has purchased the South Atlanta mega-mansion that formerly belonged to former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield. After the home was foreclosed it was auctioned off to the highest bidder back in November. To see the original post about this larger-than-life estate that Holyfield built from the ground up before hitting a rough financial patch, click here.
Although the purchase price is not confirmed, various sources confirm that he is now the proud owner of the 235-acre Georgia estate. While the Miami mogul and rapper will reside in the lavish estate, which features 109 rooms, his visions for the compound are much larger. MTV news reports that Rick Ross will be using the property for his A Big Way Charity. According to the source, he plans to bring inner-city youth to the property so they can use the amenities on the grounds such as a baseball field, a bowling alley, a horse stable and an Olympic-sized pool. He hopes to takes these youths out of their normal element and hopefully bring a positive influence into their lives. In an interview with REVOLT TV, Ross talked about his vision saying, “we’re going to open the doors to the kids of New Orleans, from Atlanta, from Miami, and open their minds a little.” To see the full interview, click here.
We commend Ross for his philanthropic visions and look forward to the celeb-studded parties he will be hosting once he settles in. Here are some more pictures of the estate. To see more pictures, click here.
