Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah launches New Japanese Restaurant, UMI
The Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah has announced the opening of Japanese restaurant UMI, an innovative new restaurant including teppanyaki, sushi, sashimi and bubbling sake with a view over the Arabian Gulf.
Guests are able to watch chefs prepare a host of dishes including beef, chicken and seafood dishes on the Teppanyaki grill. At the helm is chef Kando who leads a team of specialist chefs from across the world. Together they have created a unique selection of Japanese dishes catered to the venue’s refined contemporary dining.
Enjoy Japanese delicacies including Matsutake Chawan, Japanese Honjyou Wagyu Beef and Black Sesame Sponge and Yuzu Chiboust.
UMI is certainly set out to be a great new addition to the UAE’s fine dining scene.
