MERCEDES-BENZ PRESENTS ART OF ELYSIUM’S HEAVEN GALA
The Art of Elysium, an organization whose mission is to make art a catalyst for social change, celebrated its seventh annual black tie gala on Jan. 11. Mercedes-Benz and Relativity Media sponsored the gala, which honored Ali Larter and husband Hayes MacArthur with the 2014 “Spirit of Elysium” award for their involvement in the charity. The event, which was held at the Skirball Cultural Center, included a cocktail hour presented by Perrier-Jouët champagne, a fashion show showcasing Marc Jacobs’ Resort 2014 collection and performances by Evan Rachel Wood and Steven Tyler, among others. $1.8 million was raised for the charity at the event, which was attended by Johnny Depp, Amber Heard, Kate Bosworth, Michael Polish and Elijah Wood.
