Haute Secrets: Missi Wolf
Fitness expert and entrepreneur Missi Wolf has been changing Atlantan’s bodies (and lives) one hour at a time at BLAST900 THE ULTIMATE WORKOUT. Established in 2008, BLAST900 is a lifestyle-based workout facility featuring interval-based workout classes, nutrition specialists and personal fitness assessments. In February 2014, Wolf will open a new location, this time in Midtown, Atlanta. And though her focus may be on fitness, this mother-of-two- knows the importance of leading a balanced life. Here’s a look at some of her favorite spots to splurge, indulge and let loose in Atlanta.
