Alexis Bittar has conquered Venice and Los Angeles and now he’s about to take over Malibu as well.

The jewelry designer and CFDA winner is opening his third Los Angeles outpost next month at the Malibu Lumber Yard; he also has locations on Abbot Kinney in Venice and on W. 3rd. St.

The brand, so beloved by tastemakers like Michelle Obama, is currently in its hiring stages, as the New York-based jeweler recently posted a Craigslist ad seeking staff for a February opening.

Bittar’s designs have been carried everywhere from Bergdorf Goodman to the Museum of Modern Art to Harrods. He also famously designed Burberry’s first Ready-to-wear jewelry collection, interpreting their trademark plaid onto Lucite and has collaborated with Estee Lauder, Michael Kors, Jason Wu and Phillip Lim, among others.
