With Anne Hathaway acting as host, $1.7 million was raised for the Women’s Cancer Program at Cedars-Sinai’s Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Elyse Walker’s ninth annual Pink Party. Over the course of the Oct. 19 event at Santa Monica’s Hangar 8, guests including Kate Beckinsale, Poppy Delevingne and Usher dined on boneless beef short ribs with cabernet wine sauce and Tequila Avion cocktails after catching a fashion show which included the designs of Chloé, J.Mendel, Matthew Williamson, Lanvin and Valentino. Items like original artwork by LA-based artist RETNA and a Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet helped to raise nearly $200,000 during the live auction.
