Photos: John Legend Performs at the Pearl at the Palms

The Pearl at the Palms played host to a sold out show featuring John Legend’s Made To Love Tour on Saturday night. The crooner started the night with the song of the evening, “Made to Love” before performing “Tonight (Best You Ever Had)” and “Used to Love U” among other hits. At one point during “Tonight” a sound glitch cut out the speakers for a few seconds, but Legend and band kept playing and the audience began to sing the lyrics out loud right along with them. Legend’s wife, model Chrissy Teigen danced and sang throughout the night at the soundboard.

Opener Tamar Braxton kicked off the show playing songs from her new album Love and War including belting out a beautiful version of “Stay and Fight.” She talked to the audience often about going through new situations in her relationship and on her show Tamar & Vince, thus providing plenty of content for Love and War.
