Kim Kardashian Receives George Condo-Painted Birkin Bag from Kanye West

It’s a well-known fact that Kanye West doesn’t do things by halves, but he tends to go above and beyond when it comes to fiancee Kim Kardashian.

The latest gift in his arsenal is a one-of-a-kind $40,000 Hermes Birkin bag hand-painted by George Condo, a contemporary artist with works hanging in the permanent collections of the Whitney and Guggenheim museums.

The priceless bag depicts a series of nudes and the face of one very angry green monster.

The reality starlet showed off her swish new gift on Instagram, with the caption ‘#HandPaintedGeorgeCondo #HermesBirkin #OneofOne #ChristmasPresentFromYeezy”‘.

This is the second time Condo and Kanye have worked together, as the artist illustrated the rapper’s 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
