Haute 100 LA Update: Jennifer Lopez Receives March of Dimes’ Grace Kelly Award
Jennifer Lopez was honored for her philanthropic commitments in Beverly Hills last week.
The returning American Idol judge was awarded with the 2013 March of Dimes Grace Kelly Award at a luncheon held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Friday.
The award recognizes a celebrity parent who supports the March of Dimes in helping to give all women healthy pregnancies and full-term babies.
During her speech, the 44-year-old mother of twins said: “Happy, healthy kids and their well-being is more important than anything else in the universe. Everything else fell away, in comparison. It’s not just about me anymore.”
