Haute Event: Jim Norcross, The Doobie Brothers and Steve Miller Band Headline at the Hard Rock

The Hard Rock Hotel popped off New Year’s Eve weekend with Jim Norton inside Vinyl on Friday. The standup comedian, who showcased his brutally honest sense of humor, had fans gathered around for a night of endless laughter with his unfiltered jokes and punchlines.

On Saturday, the resort transformed into the ultimate rock ‘n’ roll hotspot as Steve Miller Band and The Doobie Brothers took over The Joint for an unforgettable show. Concertgoers cheered and sang along as The Doobie Brothers performed some of its greatest hits including “Listen to the Music,” “Rockin’ Down the Highway,” and “China Grove” before coming back onstage for a special encore performance. Steve Miller Band also had the crowd up on their feet as the group sang “The Joker,” “Fly like an Eagle,” and “Abracadabra.”

That same evening, Rival Sons with special guests Beware of Darkness and Sir Madam hit the stage at Vinyl while Ultimate Fighting Championship stars Arianny Celeste, Brittney Palmer and Josh Barnett hosted the fight after party inside Body English Nightclub & Afterhours. Performers DJs From Mars, DJ Presto One and Ryne Green all mixed beats as guests partied into the early morning hours at the nightclub.
