Global Green’s Gorgeous and Green Gala
Global Green USA’s took a page out of The Great Gatsby for its 9th Annual Gorgeous and Green Gala Oct 11. Over two hundred glittery guests arrived at San Francisco’s Bently Reserve clad in 1920s jazz-age attire in celebration of the evening’s “Green Gatsby” theme. The benefit featured an exclusive musical performance by Eoin Harrington, a runway eco-fashion show and a three-course dinner prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Ken Frank. Hosted by the honorary committee of Rosario Dawson, Maggie Grace, Gavin and Jennifer Newsom as well as Chef Frank, this year’s event raised more than $350,000 to benefit Global Green USA’s sustainability efforts to stop climate change and implement green rebuilding.
