My dear friend, Alvin Valley, “King of Pants” returned to Miami just in time for its most royal celebration, Art Basel. The designer hosted a lunch for Mia Tyler to celebrate her photo exhibition, entitled “Kink” followed by a cocktail reception. As Valley’s queen for the day, Tyler was joined at Deja Vu Gallery in Wynwood by her father Steven Tyler, sister Liv Tyler, Nicky Hilton, Ines Rivero, Kinga Lampert, Dori Cooperman, Inga Rubenstein, Ciara Hunt, Jorge Viladoms, Phelan Long, Kevin Michael Barba, May Lan Dong, Paul Rogers, Audra Wong, Gabriel Rivera-Barraza, Stefani De La O, Julia Loomis, Ricardo Rojas, Skotnicki-Grant, Brian Long, and Patty Diaz. Afterward, we all retreated to the Four Seasons in Brickell for a trunk show featuring Valley’s magnificent pants.
