Victoria Beckham’s Diamond Wedding Crown to be Sold at Auction
The stunning gold and diamond tiara worn by Victoria Beckham when she said “I do” to international heart throb, David Beckham, is hitting the auction block. Designed by Slim Barrett, the lavish crown features 18-carat latticed yellow gold, large brilliant-cut diamonds and suspended diamond drops.
Barrett says he created the headpiece, which he named “East of Paris,” as an homage to his love of Eastern design and Parisian haute couture. “I set out to fuse the two styles,” he revealed.
The auction will take place at Bonhams on December 5. Beckham’s crown is currently valued between $24,000 and $40,000.
