Haute 100 LA Update: Jennifer Aniston Shows Off Short New Hairdo

Jennifer Aniston has displayed a brand new hairdo, but she didn’t do so willingly.

The 44-year-old actress dramatically chopped off most off her luxurious honey tresses after a Brazilian blowout went wrong.

During an exclusive interview with Elle U.K., Aniston, who made the “Rachel” cut famous back in 1994, revealed she actually made the cut on the 30th, and that she didn’t cut off her signature mane to play a part.

She said: “It wasn’t for a role. My hair went through a phase—I did this thing called a Brazilian and my hair did not react really well to it. It’s about two inches above my shoulders now.”

She added: “The minute I cut my hair I want it back. Always. It’s a guarantee. I’m trying really hard to love this one,” she said.

Her friend and longtime stylist Chris McMillan gave Jen the Friends star her dramatic new cut.
