Cellar Angels: Wine Sales Benefit Charity of Chicago’s Jenny McCarthy
This holiday season, give the gift of wine… and help a great cause at the same time! Here’s the deal: Buy a bottle of wine from Cellar Angels and a portion of the sale will go to the charity of your choice. Generation Rescue – the charity of Chicago’s Jenny McCarthy – has been a Cellar Angels charity partner since 2011. Generation Rescue is the leading national organization that provides hope, information and immediate treatment assistance to families affected by autism spectrum disorders.
Cellar Angels partners with select wineries and offers weekly wine specials, at exclusive prices, to its customers. It’s free to become a Cellar Angels member and receive updates all year long on the company’s wine of the week. Wine purchased is shipped directly to the purchaser’s door. During the holiday season, customers can send bottles of wine as gifts to family and friends. (When gifting, there is a two bottle purchase minimum.) The gift will come with a note telling the recipient that the bottle also generated a donation for Generation Rescue, or the charity of the purchaser’s choosing. All bottles featured are valued at approximately $35.
I personally find this a great way to engage with our community when celebrating the holidays!
