The Peninsula to Offer Pink Tea for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The Peninsula will host a haute afternoon event starting this October in honor of breast cancer awareness month.

A portion of the proceeds from attending the hotel’s teatime will go towards the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Those who attend the elegant afternoon will receive freshly sliced strawberries and whipped cream, a savory caviar cake and an assortment of sandwiches, scones and rose colored pastries.

A choice of more than 20 loose-leaf teas and a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rosé Champagne accompany the sweets and savories; a traditional Peninsula Page “Cap Cake” is a gift to take home.

Also included in the $72 price tag is a complimentary VIP beauty makeover at the Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus.
