Photos: Buddy V’s Opens with Celebs Galore in the Crowd
Among notable names getting a sneak preview at Buddy V’s Ristorante inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian and Palazzo this weekend: Sheldon Adelson, Elaine Wynn, Sirio Maccioni, Brad Brennan and The Amazing Race’s Chippendales team Jaymes Vaughan and James Davis. Of course Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro was on hand, along with partners Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla and about 40 of Buddy’s family members. This is the first restaurant from the baker and it features Italian family recipes. Buddy V’s is now open to the public for lunch and dinner daily.
