Dubbed “One of the Best Design Books of Fall 2013” by Elle Decor, The Meaning of Home by Jeffrey Alan Marks (JAM) has received acclaim for his interior design sensibility, described as “informality infused with sophisticated English and European accents.” Marks is one of Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Decorators who demonstrates a breezy, tailored look in the luxurious homes he designs.
Marks recently made an appearance at the home furnishing store Cavalier in San Francisco for a premier book signing event to mark the 20th anniversary of his LA based business, JAM Design. Hosted by Jay Jeffers and Michael Purdy of Cavalier, along with co-hosts Vanessa Getty, Ali Pincus, Brooke Wyard and Douglas Friedman, the event brought many stylish fans from far and wide who enthusiastically awaited Mark’s signature.
Marks was delightful and charming as he greeted each fan.
