Haute Workout: Orange is the New Peach

A new fitness craze has finally made its way into Atlanta. With multiple locations in the works, Howell Mill  is the first spot to open.  Orangetheory is a result-focused workout unlike any other.  In fact this fast-growing concept is the first heart-rate monitored, high intensity interval training based on science.  Wearing a heart rate monitor, your results are shown on a screen and your goal is to get into your orange zone, which means your heart is pumping at 80 percent of your maximum ate.
