Celebrity Trainer Tracy Anderson Introducing Workout Program for Men in NYC

Fitness enthusiast Tracy Anderson has long been shaping the bodies of Hollywood’s leading ladies, and soon the 38-year-old celebrity trainer will offer her services to the men of New York.

Beginning Oct. 14, Anderson will launch a new men’s program at her studios in LA and NYC. The $40 classes will utilize light weight-training plus “high-intensity, agility-based cardio work” and a “focused core routine that defines the abdominal muscles.”

Anderson has reportedly recruited A-list actors Matthew McConaughey and Robert Downey Jr. to test the new program. For those fitness fans who can’t find the time to make it to a group class, not to fear! Anderson plans to release a DVD of her new program in early 2014 along with classes on Xbox Fitness.
