$11 million could buy many in Hollywood their dream home, but not Seth MacFarlane. The “Family Guy” creator has used the sum to buy office space.

The actor/creator/director/Oscar host has scooped up a three-story, 20,000-square foot office building in Beverly Hills to house his Fuzzy Door productions company.

But then, the spacious, costly digs might be necessary. In addition to his most famous show, he’ll also be working on the new live action Fox series “Dads” as well as “American Dad, a reboot of Carl Sagan‘s “Cosmos” and the Western comedy A Million Ways to Die in the West opposite Charlize Theron and Liam Neeson.

He is also working on the sequel to last year’s Ted, which is slated for a 2015 release.

As his “Family Guy” character Peter Griffin might say, “Pretty freakin’ sweet.”
