Haute 100 LA Update: Robert Pattinson Selling Los Feliz Home
Robert Pattinson is on the move.
The 27-year-old English actor is selling his Los Feliz home to the tune of $6.75 million.
His home, which sits on acre and a half of property on North Vermont, was designed by El Capitan theater architect Stiles O. Clements.
The home has been previously owned by Tim Curry, ER star Noah Wyle, The Aviator cinematographer Robert Richardson, and Legally Blonde director Robert Luketic, who sold it to Pattinson in 2011 for $6.275 million.
It comes with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a pool, waterfalls, terraced gardens, and an amphitheater.
Pattinson has reportedly moved to The Summit community off Mulholland.
