Moveable Feast: Cider House Rules on the River

I told you a couple weeks ago about Found’s (1631 Chicago Avenue, Evanston) new monthly series, Moveable Feast, and as it gets closer to the October 8^th kickoff more information has been released about the inaugural dinner. Cider House Rules on the River is the first dinner and it will be held at one of Chicago’s original boathouses (4108 North Rockwell). Chef Nicole Pederson will team up with Virtue Cider’s renowned cidermaker Greg Hall for a festive evening of cider-sipping and autumn inspired plates. Tickets for the event are $80 (exclusive of tax and gratuity) which starts at 6:30Pm on the eight of October, and proceeds will benefit Found Chicago Boarding and Training Center, which supports canine rescue and rehabilitation and was founded by Michael Heltzer.
