Haute Event: Heidi Montag Celebrates Spencer Pratt’s 30th Birthday at Crazy Horse III

Reality television starlet Heidi Montag celebrated the 30th birthday of her husband, Spencer Pratt, at Crazy Horse III gentlemen’s club on Saturday night.

Montag and Pratt arrived with a group of friends, excited to make their return to the award-winning gentlemen’s club. Looking fierce in a curve-hugging, silver-beaded sheer dress and sparkly Christian Louboutin heels, Montag held hands with her husband. As the couple headed into the venue, they stopped to chat with staff members and fans before being escorted to their VIP area.

The group started off with a champagne toast, wishing Pratt a happy birthday. Later in the evening, Montag changed into a glittery, red bodysuit by designer Angel Brinks and surprised Pratt as she popped out of a cake inscribed with “Happy Birthday, Spencer! Love, Heidi.”

The blonde bombshell took charge of the microphone to greet the crowd before taking shots of Patrón Tequila with Pratt. At midnight, Crazy Horse III’s entertainers presented Pratt with a two-tier cake, which was identical to his wife’s pop-out cake.
