Haute 100 SF Update: Thomas Keller Opens Retail Store

Thomas Keller has added store owner to his impressive resume. The celebrated chef recently debuted a 450-square-foot retail store called Finesse. The shop is located in Yountville, Calif. near Keller’s Bouchon and French Laundry, and will sell a range of Keller-branded goods, including signed cookbooks, apparel, seeds from the French Laundry garden, and kitchen tools like a $900 limited edition MAC knife set. The opening of the shop also coincides with the release of the new issue of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group’s (TKRG) bi-annual magazine, also named Finesse.
