Flavor! Napa Valley Is Coming November 20-24

Mark your calendars for November 20-24 for Flavor! Napa Valley.  This 5-day festival is an epicurean dream celebration of wine, food and fun.

The annual event, which benefits programs and scholarships at the Culinary Institute of America’s (CIA) Greystone Campus, features world‐class Napa Valley wines alongside the Napa Valley’s master chefs and graduates of the CIA’s culinary education programs.

Culinary demonstrations, wine tastings, educational programs and winemaker dinners are just a small sample of the excitement this festival has to offer.

Notables chefs and winemakers participating in this year’s event include Masaharu Morimoto of restaurant Morimoto and Iron Chef fame; Michael Chiarello of Bottega Coqueta; Brad Farmerie of the Thomas at Fagiani’s; and Mike Grgich of Grgich Hills Estate, among many, many more.

The event is hosted by founding sponsors Silverado Resort and Spa and Dolce Hotels in partnership with VisitNapaValley.com, The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, and the Napa Valley Vintners, and is produced by Karlitz & Company.
