After what seems like the longest hiatus ever, Dose Market is finally back! From this Sunday, September 29 to December 15, Dose will be popping up EVERY Sunday between those dates from 10AM to 4PM. And after two seasons at the River East Arts Center it has moved to Wicker Park for the fifth season, 1st Ward at Chop Shop (2033 West North Ave.) to be exact. Each of the twelve doses this season will feature a different theme, from Dose Redux to the beloved Holidose, as always, you can count on some great vendors to be in the building.
This year there will be some new dosers to meet, greet and shop with, ten to be exact, including designer Craighton Berman, Modern Plum and the Farinata Project. There will be a nice mixture of new and old this year, but honestly I don’t even need to know the vendors to know that it will be a topnotch group, I expect nothing less from Dose Market. I’m excited to once again shop, eat and mingle every Sunday with other Dose-goers, it’s one of the many charms of Chicago. If you have never been to a Dose Market, I suggest this be the season to get familiar. Tickets are $5 at entry or $45 for a season pass.
