Chrissy Teigen Marries John Legend in Vera Wang Gown

Supermodel Chrissy Teigen swiftly married singer John Legend in Lake Como, Italy this weekend in a gown fit for a princess—three gowns to be exact—by designer Vera Wang. “That was a hard secret to keep from you guys,” Teigen revealed via Twitter.

Shortly after the classy couple said their vows, Teigen Instagramed a picture of herself in a voluminous Vera Wang gown looking effortlessly gorgeous and delicate amongst a sea of tulle. “Every time I went in [to Vera Wang] for a fitting, I couldn’t stop getting one,” she told E!. “It’s just too pretty.”

Teigen’s ivory ceremony gown featured an open back with lifted tulle skirt, tiered flange and hand-cut petal embroidered detail. For the reception, the blushing bride donned another strapless ivory gown but with a pleated bodice and full sheared organza skirt. To conclude the luxurious event, the after-party gown was a crimson strapless gown with an elegant mermaid fit and embroidered crystal detail.

Before saying I do, the ever so handsome Legend can be seen pre-gaming with the groomsmen in what looks like a rather sophisticated gathering.
