Bottoms Up: Aspen Cocktail Club
There’s a new club in town, and it also involves people’s Thursday night social calendar. Each week, participating bars will feature two speciality cocktails showcasing one spirit. Members in the Aspen Cocktail Club can meander between the locales to learn about the history of the spirit, along with recipes and serving tips. It’s free to join the fun, and just requires a drink purchase.
Founded by Chefs Club Executive Bar Manager Anthony Bohlinger, the collaboration includes Chefs Club at the St. Regis, Joshua Peter Smith of Justice Snow’s and Jimmy Yeager of Jimmy’s, An American Restaurant & Bar. Bottoms up!
