Standard Market Grill Opens in Lincoln Park

Yesterday (8/14) marked the grand opening of Standard Market Grill in Lincoln Park at 444 West Fullerton Parkway. The 5,000 square foot restaurant was designed by the same award-winning firm that designed Nordstrom, Del Frisco’s and others; Aria Group Architects. The space can accommodate 150 guests in the dining room and bar with another 20 on the patio.  It’s nicely appointed using reclaimed wood for the barrel-vaulted ceilings in the main dining room and the bar features oversized industrial pendant lighting hung in groups.

Standard Market Grill is all about chef-inspired contemporary cuisine, but most importantly it features fresh ingredients sourced from gourmet grocer Standard Market in Westmont. The casual eatery, helmed by Executive Chef Brian Wright, is open 11AM to 11PM for lunch and dinner and from brunch will be served on the weekends for 8 to 11AM. For speed you will order and pay before seating yourself but once seated you will be treated to a full-service experience. The menu features freshly ground burgers made with a blend of brisket, hand-tossed artisan pizza, daily soup offerings and much more.
