An Inside Look: Revamped Cabana Cafe + New Cabanas at the Beverly Hills Hotel

The iconic Beverly Hills Hotel has received a modern-day update.

The storied “Pink Palace” has renovated its Cabana Café and private cabanas, offering a fresh new take on upscale poolside service.

As redesigned by Adam Tihany, the cafe now boasts a new show kitchen pizza oven, overhead trellis and separate bar area. Executive Chef Kaleo Adams’ Mediterranean influenced menu will also  feature small plates as well as larger entrees.

There is also the addition of a Pool Terrace, which is available for private parties, a grand staircase for access between the poolside grand level and upper terrace, hardwood stairs, glass barriers and brushed aluminum handrails.

Additionally, there are 11 renovated cabanas, which have been upgraded with private phones, 46-inch flat screen HD TVs, ceiling fans, accent lighting and premium wireless internet access.

Those lounging poolside will also be treated to sunglass cleaning, popsicles,  blankets and even sporadic “misting”.
